Personalized Tracking

Step 1 - Once we receive your request to pick up item(s), we immediately alert one of our drivers to initiate the pickup. 

Step 2 - The Driver updates you with his webcam ID so you can log in and see everything as it happens.  

Step 3 - Once the item(s) are picked up, The Driver takes a picture and sends it to you so you can verify the item(s) on the spot, before it reaches its final destination.  

Step 4 - The item(s) is transported to your freight forwarder of choice (air or sea), or if you choose to use our in-house next day shipping option, it is immediately transported to our hub where it is processed and assigned a tracking number for overseas delivery. 

Step 5 - If using our next day shipping service, the item is rushed over the next morning where one of our in-house Nassau brokers will clear it and you will be given an alert notifying you that it is in customs.

Step 6 - Once cleared, you will be given a second tracking alert in Nassau to let you know your package is en route to you.  

Step 7 - A final tracking alert is sent once your item(s) has been delivered.
